MOVIN' INTO MUSIC
Music & Movement for Ages 1-5

Movin’ Into Music is a fun-filled introduction to music for children ages 1-5 with siblings, parents & caregivers welcome. Children sing songs, explore creative movement, try out rhythm instruments and play a variety of musical games. The class also features simple song writing activities and puppet entertainment.

Annie Frelich, an Early Childhood Educator and half of the popular children’s performing duo The Annies, leads the Movin’ Into Music classes.

Movin’ Into Music classes help to create a foundation upon which future music learning is built and where enduring attitudes regarding the joy of music making and sharing are developed. Music has a proven positive effect on brain development – especially during the first six years of life.

Movin’ Into Music classes meet once a week for 45 minutes. Group size is limited to between 6 and 12 children per class. Siblings under one and over five years of age are invited to join-in for free. Class age siblings (1-5) are just $5 per class. Classes are ongoing – join in at any time. Call for a free demo class.

Little Strummers Ukelele Club

Mondays, 9:45 am, prior to Movin' Into Music Classes
The Little Strummers Ukelele Club is a fun opportunity for preschoolers (ages 3 & up) to enjoy 15 minutes of Ukelele playing with Annie before class! Children registered in the Movin' Into Music class are eligible to join the Strummers for $5 per session.

MUSIC MIND GAMES
Music & Movement for Ages 6-9

Music Mind Games is a method of more than 300 games to teach music theory and reading using
four main components: an innovative teacher sequence; a nurturing philosophy; friendly,
colorful materials; and a large variety of creative games. By participating in Music Mind
Games students will learn to read music and develop skills necessary for understanding music
theory.  in addition, they will: learn to follow directions, develop a quick and dependable
memory, learn to be observant and pay attention to detail, develop the skills to work well in
a group in a non competitive way, not expect gifts or rewards for right answers, learn how to
figure out answers again when necessary, develop respect for their teacher and fellow students by
