THE COLOR OF MUSIC
A Special Children’s Performance of the Windham Orchestra, Directed by Hugh Keelan

Featuring: 

Color
Linking the Visual Arts to Music
Student artwork, with the common theme of “Color”, will be projected as the Orchestra demonstrates the use of color in music. This project is a collaboration between the Windham Orchestra and Arts Council of Windham County during Student Art Month.

Organ Symphony
With remote Organ Transmittal
The Orchestra will perform excerpts from Saint-Saëns’ Third Symphony.  This is a symphony for orchestra, piano and organ, a rare symphonic instrument, that will be transmitted live from the Estey Organ in First Baptist Church on a movie screen!
